SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pressure casting of liquid metals. Liquid forging device comprises melting chamber, inductor (4), die (6), punch (2) to accommodate billet (3), bushing (5) and automated control system. Bushing placed on the punch is equipped with a movement drive in the form of two and more pneumatic drives (19) and is made with the possibility of lifting and closing the billet to keep the billet melt from spreading until it touches the die. Return of the bushing to the initial position is carried out by the action of the die pressure at the moment of the billet melt lifting on the punch. In the side wall of the punch there are magnets (22) fixed to hold the bushing placed on the punch, made of magnetic steel and non-magnetic steel.
EFFECT: reliability of the design of the punch moving device is ensured by the use of simple mechanisms and the possibility of their precise synchronization, which can withstand large shock loads that occur during forging of molten metal.
