FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in lines for the production of rubber-fabric tracks for vehicles. The line contains roller conveyors and an assembly unit with a device for tightening nuts, which is installed with the possibility of longitudinal movement on the sides of the roller conveyor of the assembly unit, while it is equipped with a conveyor belt cutting unit, a storage unit for operational storage of cut sections of the conveyor belt, and a unit for drilling holes in the cut sections conveyor belts, sequentially located in front of the assembly unit along roller conveyors, which are equipped with pressure shafts. The cutting unit includes, among other things, cutting tools for longitudinal cutting of the belt, made in the form of circular knives located on the corresponding pressure shaft, and a cutting tool for transverse cutting of the tape into sections. The device for tightening nuts is made in the form of two multi-spindle nutrunners.
EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to expand the technological capabilities of the line.
