SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to supramolecular ensembles of dinitrosyl iron complexes of the formula {[Fe(H2O)4]2+[FeR2(NO)2]22-}⋅nH2O, where n=1-4, R represents (pyridyl)triazole-thiolyls, in particular R represents 5-(3-pyridyl)-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-thiolyl, also refers to a method of obtaining supramolecular ensembles of dinitrosyl iron complexes, which consists in the fact that an aqueous solution of a mixture of sodium thiosulfate and salt of Na2[Fe2(S2O3)2(NO)4]⋅4H2O is treated with an appropriate solution of (pyridyl)triazole-thiol and the process is carried out in an alkaline medium, followed by isolation of the target product using known methods, also applies to nitrogen monoxide donors and phosphodiesterase inhibitors, which are supramolecular ensembles of dinitrosyl iron complexes, and also applies to the use of supramolecular ensembles of dinitrosyl iron complexes as an anti-inflammatory medicinal product.

EFFECT: production of a supramolecular ensemble of dinitrosyl iron complexes with (pyridyl)triazole-thiolyls, which has anti-inflammatory and NO-donor activity.
