FIELD: catalytic chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method is proposed for producing a palladium-containing catalyst for the hydrogenation of acetylene compounds by reducing divalent palladium from the starting compound with hydrogen to zero-valent palladium in the presence of white phosphorus and deposition of palladium phosphorus particles onto a zeolite carrier, characterized in that palladium bis(acetylacetonate) is used as the starting compound, the reduction of which is carried out by molecular hydrogen in the presence of white phosphorus and zeolite at an atomic ratio of palladium and modifier: palladium bis(acetylacetonate)/phosphorus equal to 1:0.3.
EFFECT: production of a palladium phosphorus catalyst for the hydrogenation of acetylene compounds, which has greater catalytic activity while maintaining high selectivity for monoene, and the method for the hydrogenation of acetylene compounds is carried out under milder conditions.
