FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aerospace defence and can be used in interception systems of ballistic missiles, warheads, space combat aircraft (AC). Disclosed is a method of guiding an anti-missile system of small-size missiles. For guidance, two or more auxiliary aircraft are used, which form an active multi-position radar system (MPRS). Current orientation of each auxiliary aircraft and anti-missile on course, pitch and roll angles is determined by means of radio signals exchange with reception of radio signals to three crossed antennae, sensitive to electric component of radiation, auxiliary aircraft and to three crossed antennae, sensitive to magnetic component of radiation. By combining the obtained bearings for two radiation sources, combining them with the current configuration of the system determined by the MRS, the orientation angles of the receivers relative to the system of small-size missiles are determined.
EFFECT: high-altitude and high-speed targets can be intercepted using small-size missiles.
