FIELD: pharmaceutical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing diphenylphosphinylacetic acid hydrazide (HDPAC), characterised by the fact that first diphenylphosphine oxide in a solvent selected from chloroform, methylene chloride or benzene is successively added with diisopropylethylamine, trimethylchlorosilane and chloro- or bromoacetic acid ester CHCH2COOR, where R = –CH3, –C2H5, X = –Cl, –Br, and the reaction is carried out to obtain diphenylphosphinylacetic acid ester, the reaction mass is washed with water, then hydrazine is added and stirred until a crystalline precipitate of HDPA is formed, evacuated to remove volatile components, the precipitate is separated and recrystallized.
EFFECT: provision of a simple method of producing HDPA with a high yield of the target product at lower energy costs.
