FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to neurosurgery, and can be used for treating patients with degenerative-dystrophic diseases of spine using an autologous material. Under the ultrasound control, a spinal cannula with diameter of 14 G and length of 120 mm is inserted through the paravertebral muscles on the basis of the MRI predetermined coordinates, through which prepared platelet-rich plasma is introduced in volume of 3 ml.
EFFECT: method provides arresting the local inflammatory process, improving tissue trophism without additional traumatisation of surrounding structures and necessity of radical surgical intervention due to introduction of prepared platelet-rich plasma.
