FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to neurosurgery, and can be used for treating degenerative-dystrophic diseases of the cervical spine. Patient’s venous blood is sampled; an iliac crest bone marrow aspirate is sampled. Mixture of venous blood and bone marrow aspirate is centrifuged at 30000g for 5 minutes. After centrifugation, the prepared autologous concentrate is drawn with a syringe from the test tube. Desired intervertebral disc is determined under ultrasound control. After local anaesthesia is performed, a spinal cannula is introduced through the paravertebral muscles into the area of the intervertebral foramen. Accuracy of cannula positioning is checked under ultrasound control. Autologous concentrate of a mixture of venous blood and bone aspirate is introduced through the cannula. Operation is completed by removing the spinal cannula and applying an aseptic dressing. Venous blood is collected in volume of 20 ml by a vacuum blood sampling system through 21G catheter, a bone marrow aspirate is sampled using a bone needle, a spinal cannula with diameter of 14G and length of 120 mm, the prepared autologous concentrate is introduced in volume of 3 ml, the other intervertebral discs involved in the inflammatory process are treated in a similar manner.
EFFECT: method provides arresting the local inflammatory process, improving trophism of tissues without additional traumatisation of surrounding structures and the need for radical surgical intervention due to the development of a sequence of mobilisations, manipulations in various parts of the neck, complete elimination of reflex stiffness of muscles, development of limits of range of motions taking into account biomechanics of joints of cervical segment, providing function and integrity of ligaments of spinal motion segments of neck.
