FIELD: vibration technology.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention can be used in the mining industry, manufacturing industry and the construction materials industry as a control device for screens and sieves with two unbalanced vibration exciters. A control device for a vibration machine with two unbalanced vibration exciters characterized in that it has two identical circuits for controlling the operation of the electric motors of the vibration exciters, as well as common elements for both circuits: a series-connected adder with two inputs, a common comparator connected to the S-input of the RS flip-flop. The first control circuit comprises: a first angular velocity sensor located on the shaft of the first electric motor, a first RC circuit to the output of which the inverting input of the first comparator is connected, a first multiplier and a second multiplier connected in series, as well as a first control relay that controls the operation of the first electric motor. The output of the first angular velocity sensor is connected to the non-inverting input of the first comparator, to the input of the first RC chain and both inputs of the first multiplier, the output of which is connected to the input of the second multiplier. The second control circuit comprises: a second angular velocity sensor located on the shaft of the second electric motor, a second RC circuit, the output of which is connected to the inverting input of the second comparator, a third multiplier and a fourth multiplier connected in series, as well as a second control relay that controls the operation of the second electric motor. The output of the second angular velocity sensor is connected to the non-inverting input of the second comparator, to the input of the second RC chain, to both inputs of the third multiplier, the output of which is connected to the input of the fourth multiplier. The outputs of the second and fourth multipliers are connected to the first and second inputs of the adder, respectively, the output of the RS flip-flop is connected to the first inputs of the first control relay and the second control relay, respectively. The outputs of the first and second comparators are connected to the second inputs of the first control relay and the second control relay, respectively. The R-input of the RS flip-flop is intended for connection to the power button of the vibration machine.
EFFECT: effective control of the start-up, overcoming the resonance zone and entering the over-resonance operating mode of a vibration machine with two unbalanced vibration exciters.
