SUBSTANCE: stationary mortar unit with function of dosing and contactless operation with agricultural pesticides is intended for preparation of working solutions of plant protection agents and mineral fertilizers (carbamide, etc.). Stationary mortar assembly consists of two containers — mixing bins, a steel bin for loading of dry components, has a premixer for loading of liquid components of the mixture, a bin for loading of solid components of the mixture. Stationary mortar assembly comprises a set of metal platforms for servicing.
EFFECT: expansion of arsenal of technical means of such device, as mortar unit, by creating a mortar unit, which combines accurate dosing of dry and liquid components (tensometry, volumetric dosing using dosing pumps), simplified loading of raw materials, increased reliability of the device, increased universality of the device.
