The mixer is designed for mixing powder components in a liquid medium, as well as components that are suspensions and suspensions. The active mass mixer contains a frame, which is a welded structure with plates, on the plates of which a rotary hydraulic apparatus is installed, consisting of a rotor and a stator with teeth, with a drive and a container for loading, interconnected by pipelines forming a closed system for circulating the mixed components, also a container for pouring the binder and a container for filling condensate or water, installed on separate racks and connected by a pipeline to the container for loading, equipped with taps, a pressure gauge and an electronic control component.

EFFECT: improving the electrical and mechanical characteristics of electrodes, chemical current sources, made using a positive active mass obtained in the inventive mixer.
