SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural engineering, namely to installations for the preparation of solutions of mineral salts, solutions of plant protection products, liquid complex fertilizers, urea-ammonia mixtures of various concentrations and compositions ready for further transportation and use. The solution unit is made in the form of a functionally built series of process tanks and devices connected by pipelines, containing a control cabinet with a touch panel, a water supply line, a water flow meter, a liquid level sensor, taps, tanks connected through pumps with a filter of a crane-type loading device and a diesel heat exchanger. The water supply line through a stopcock, a filter, a water flow meter and one pump is connected to a premixer, through another pump - with at least two vertical tanks for the ready-made solution, made with a conical bottom, and a horizontal tank for a solution of urea-ammonia mixtures. The premixer is a cylindrical container with a conical bottom and built-in sensors of the lower and upper level connected to the control cabinet, equipped with a receiving device for canisters with chemicals, a canister rinsing valve, a pneumatic valve for supplying water to the premixer, a solution pumping pump, which is connected through a pneumatic valve to the first vertical container for the ready-made solution, and through another pneumatic valve - with the second vertical container for the ready-made solution, each of the vertical containers for the ready-made solution is equipped with a corresponding pump, which is connected through the corresponding three-way pneumatic valve to the ones built into the line from loading with the appropriate filter, flow meter, shut-off valve for unloading and unloading device of the "crane" type, and the corresponding pneumatic water supply valve and pneumatic flushing valve, while the horizontal tank for preparing a solution of urea-ammonia mixtures is equipped with a pump and is connected through a corresponding three-way pneumatic valve with a corresponding filter, a flow meter, a pneumatic loading valve, a shut-off valve and a crane-type unloading device built into the loading line, and with a corresponding pneumatic water supply valve and a pneumatic flushing valve, through the corresponding pneumatic loading valve for carbamide-ammonia mixtures it is connected to the first or a second vertical container, through a pneumatic valve - with a diesel heat exchanger, while at least one container of the "eurocube" type is connected through a shut-off valve, a pneumatic valve, a high-precision meter and a pump to the premixer and, accordingly a pneumatic flush valve, with all pneumatic valves and pneumatic valves connected to a pneumatic compressor connected to the control cabinet.
EFFECT: invention provides an environmentally friendly process for the preparation of solutions with sufficient productivity, the safety of the service personnel, the reduction of energy consumption and loss of raw materials.
