SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lighting devices and can be used as ceiling lamps for lighting of office, administrative, public and technical premises. Tilt-and-turn lamp housing, which is a ring, contains an offset from the centre of the turning assembly, which is a screw and a hexagonal nut, which tighten the tilt-and-turn housing loop located in the upper part on the edge, which is matched by the hole with the same reflector hood edge loop, as well as a fluoroplastic bushing located between said hinges. Wherein the countersunk screw is fitted in the hole of the hinge of the reflector hood housing so that it presses the rubber ring in the screw thrust position while the hexagonal nut is fitted in the hexagonal slot of the tilt-and-turn housing. Metal screws with cylindrical head are screwed into the housing of the reflector hood to attract neodymium magnets glued with the help of adhesive sealant to the housing of the protective casing with graduation.

EFFECT: improved technical characteristics of the device, namely prevention of unscrewing during use with simultaneous smoothness of movement and possibility of inclination and rotation in the ceiling area, which considerably masks the device in the interior with minimum losses of light flux.
