SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of technological processes control and concerns the device of the liquid forging process video surveillance protection system. Device comprises a video camera, a melting chamber, a protective glass, a protective cover, a collecting lens, a support platform, a central bushing, vacuum and support rings, a cooled branch pipe, unions, a coil, an inlet diaphragm, inert gas, terminals, protective sleeve, direct current source, as well as three filtering diaphragms, to the second of which negative charge is connected, and to the third one is connected to positive charge. Video camera is placed on an adjustable support platform fixed on a central bushing, where there is a collecting lens, in front of which there is a protective glass. Focus of converging lens is located in critical section of input diaphragm with diameter of 0.5÷1.2 mm.

EFFECT: high reliability of the design of the device and high quality of the obtained images.
