FLYING LABORATORY FOR FLIGHT TESTS OF AIRCRAFT ENGINES AND OTHER OBJECTS OF AVIATION EQUIPMENT SUSPENDED FROM ENGINE PYLON OF AIRCRAFT Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC B64D27/00 G01M15/14 G01L5/13 B64F5/60

Abstract RU 2814557 C1

FIELD: aviation technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aviation technology, in particular to flying laboratories for testing and fine-tuning gas turbine engines of aircraft and other objects of aviation technology. A flying laboratory for flight tests of aircraft engines and other objects of aviation technology suspended from the engine pylon of an aircraft, containing an aircraft with a wing containing pylons for engine suspension, on one of which the test object is installed, pylon suspension units to the wing, an element of perception of the thrust force of the object. At the same time, a transition system is additionally installed between the pylon with the test object and the wing on the existing wing and pylon suspension units, containing transition earrings that compensate for the incompatibility of the geometry of the pylon and wing suspension units connected by jet rods that exclude movement of the pylon relative to the wing. At the same time, earrings and the jet rods are bolted together. In addition, the element of perception of the thrust force of the object is made with an elongation corresponding to the lowering of the pylon relative to the standard position. The gap formed as a result of lowering the pylon between the wing and the pylon is closed by a widened lining that provides aerodynamic flow around the gap area.

EFFECT: technical result, which the invention is aimed at achieving, consists in expanding the arsenal of technical means - flying laboratories for flight tests of aircraft engines of various types and other objects of aviation equipment, reducing the cost of time, labor and material resources when equipping a flying laboratory and conducting flight tests of aviation gas turbine engines and other objects of aviation equipment installed on individual pylons (test objects), which is ensured by using a limited set of simple parts with the ability to quickly change test objects and thus conduct simultaneous testing of various objects with minimal time, labor and material resources.
