FIELD: transport; battery-fed electrical equipment of vehicles. SUBSTANCE: device has contactors, controller, diodes, inertia switching unit, flip-flop with complementing input, resistance voltage divider, voltage relay, supply capacitor connected through diodes and break contacts of voltage relays to storage battery. Inertia switching unit is connected to capacitor plates through first contact of controller, voltage divider and flip-flop with load in form of voltage relay coils. Complementing input of flip-flop is connected to voltage divider. Time-delay contact of inertia switching unit is placed in common circuit of coils of both contactors.
