FIELD: well drilling.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of drilling wells for various purposes with a design depth of up to 30 m in rocks of various strength categories. The device contains sequentially triggered cassettes, an autonomous power source, a reusable remote control, an electrical initiation unit attached to the working body, where the working body is a set of interconnected self-loading disposable cassettes with through holes along the central centre line, equipped with explosive charges and means initiation. The body of the electrical initiation unit is made in the form of a cylinder with an internal cavity in the form of a cylinder or a truncated cone, the outer diameter of which does not exceed the outer diameter of the cassettes of the working body, and the inner one in the mounting area is not less than the inner diameter of the working body and is not larger than the outer diameter of the working body in the upper parts of it. The software device of the electrical initiation unit is equipped with a timer, which, in a programmed mode, in the presence of emission currents, or with a delay, initiates electrical detonators. The working body is equipped with 2, 3 and 7 cassette working modules, which are rigidly fastened together at the factory, which allows you to vary the number of cassettes in the working body from 2 to 21 cassettes. The cassettes are additionally equipped with a set of cylindrical explosive charges with cumulative recesses, which are placed in thin-walled cylindrical reflectors with through holes on the side of attachment to the annular clamping and downhole explosive charges, while the total mass of the clamping charges is greater than the mass of the downhole explosive charges by 1.1-5.0 times, and the response time of the explosive pressure charges overlaps the response time of the downhole charges of the cassette. Each cassette is equipped with a duplicate detonator capsule, and also has through channels equipped with explosives in the wall separating the downhole and pressure charges of the explosive. These channels are located at the same distance on both sides of the electric detonator and the detonator capsule, and this distance determines the deceleration time for the operation of the annular downhole charge compared to the annular pressure charge of the explosive.
EFFECT: improved reliability and productivity of work, as well as reduced costs during drilling operations and drilling and blasting operations.
