SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to study oral microbiota. Biomaterial is collected for microbiological examination from the gingival sulcus and from the surface of the tooth immediately before the installation of the orthopedic structure, orthopedic treatment is performed with installation of the structure on temporary cement. Re-collecting the biomaterial for microbiological examination from the gingival sulcus one month after the orthopedic structure installation with subsequent extraction of the orthopedic structure from the oral cavity, by immersing it in 4 ml of a liquid nutrient thioglycol medium, adding dornase alpha in amount of 1 ml to the medium, vortexing for 5 minutes and subsequent microbiological analysis of the obtained microbial suspension.

EFFECT: invention provides obtaining accurate data on changes in the oral microbiota in the tissues of the adjacent gums and on the manufactured orthopedic structure depending on degree of adhesion of microorganisms to analyzed structural materials used in prosthetics of patients.
