SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry, and can be used for the treatment of moderate generalized periodontitis in patients with comorbid pathology. In addition to complex basic therapy, the immobilized synbiotic "LB-complex-L" is prescribed locally into the periodontal pocket, which is injected with a syringe in a volume of 0.1-0.2 ml for 14 days, and orally 10 ml per day for 1-2 taking a course of 25 days.
EFFECT: method ensures stable remission of the pathological process in the periodontium, neutralizes the influence of the inflammatory component on the course of periodontitis, restores the microbiocenosis of the gums and the gastrointestinal tract due to the introduction of a synbiotic.
