SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of semiconductor devices and can be used in devices for recording and storing information, as well as for creating luminescent micro-marks for counterfeit protection. When implementing the method of making a recording medium for recording a colour photoluminescent micro-image in the form of a film of perovskite material by applying a solution on a substrate, followed by drying, film of perovskite material used is a film of quasi-two-dimensional perovskite material BA2MA2Pb3Br4I6, which is obtained by applying to a substrate of mixture of 0.3 mmol of lead iodide, 0.2 mmol of butylammonium bromide and 0.2 mmol of methyl ammonium bromide dissolved in dimethyl sulphoxide by centrifugation at speed of 2,000–2,500 rpm for 10–15 minutes, and drying is performed by heating to temperature of 60–70 °C for 10–15 minutes.

EFFECT: wide spectral range of photoluminescence 460–600 nm irrespective of the recording process.
