FIELD: chemical industry.

SUBSTANCE: substrate is prepared by nanostructuring it to obtain aluminium oxide with an island surface morphology. To do this, a thin film of aluminium is applied to the substrate by thermal deposition, then it is immersed in a 0.3 M solution of oxalic acid and anodized at a voltage of about 7 V until the current stops flowing through the structure. Wire-like perovskite nanocrystals of CsPbBr3 are synthesized by salting out drops of a 0.1 M solution of perovskite precursors in the presence of water-2-propanol azeotrope vapour with a concentration of 1-2 mg/cm3 at 50-70°C for at least 5 minutes and applied to the specified nanostructured substrate to obtain a hydrogen chloride sensor in the air, characterized by increased sensitivity and an extended detection range.

EFFECT: aluminium oxide with an island surface morphology.
