SUBSTANCE: invention relates to high-pressure hydraulic lines, particularly, to production of high-pressure hydraulic lines. According to the method, the connecting fitting is attached to the end of a multilayer high-pressure hose containing at least one reinforcing layer, wherein a section of a reinforced high-pressure hose and a connecting fitting for connection to it are used, wherein the connecting fitting is placed on the end section of the said hose and connection is made to obtain a sealed connection between the high-pressure hose and the connecting fitting. Quality of the connection between the connecting fitting and said hose is determined by applying an electrical test signal to at least one connection of a test means comprising two connections, of which the first connection is electrically and/or magnetically connected to the connecting fitting, and the second connection is non-contact electrically and/or magnetically connected to the reinforcing layer or at least one of the reinforcing layers of the high-pressure hose, detecting an electrical response signal occurring in the test means, and comparing said response signal with a range of preset values, stored in the memory of the test device for the corresponding pair of the high-pressure hose and the connecting fitting.
EFFECT: higher safety of operation under high pressure of hydraulic lines of high pressure.
