FIELD: pumping equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the manufacture of gas turbine engines used as a drive in gas pumping units and gas turbine power plants, namely, to methods for manufacturing inlet devices of gas turbine drives. The method for manufacturing the inlet nozzle for the inlet device of gas turbine engines of gas pumping units. For its implementation, composite fabric is layered on a reusable model form with impregnation of each layer of composite fabric with a binder component. Before laying layers of composite fabric on the model form, a gelcoat layer is applied to the model form, while a structural unidirectional carbon fabric is used as a composite fabric. As a binding component, a polymer component is used, which provides for the use of a melt technology with a low curing temperature. After that, the model mold with the material laid on it is placed in an autoclave for final curing.
EFFECT: increase in the strength and vibration resistance of the finished product, as well as increase in the stability of the inner surface of the inlet nozzle to the effects of aggressive media and high-speed air flow.
