SUBSTANCE: protein antigen is described for the prevention and/or treatment of SARS-CoV-2 infection, characterized by the following: it contains a domain that binds to the angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) receptor contained in the SARS-CoV-2 S protein, where the amino acid sequence of the said domain is at least one of SEQ ID No. 3 or SEQ ID NO: 4. A polynucleotide encoding the specified agent, as well as the production of the specified agent, are presented.
EFFECT: invention expands the range of means for preventing and/or treating SARS-CoV-2 infection.
