FIELD: telephone communication.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to telephone communication and specifically to identification, filtering and processing of unwanted voice calls in cellular communication networks. Method of identifying spam during an incoming call over a mobile communication network includes creating, using the camera and memory of the mobile device, a video stream containing a set of movements performed by the caller in front of the camera of the mobile device, capturing a video stream by a mobile application, automatically directing the video stream to an operator server and storing the obtained information on such a server, automatic recognition of a video stream, making a decision on spam identification. Video stream includes two plots developing in one frame and at the same time, the set of movements of the caller includes movements of his hand, aimed at creating a picture, and movements of the lips, and the analysis consists in determining the conformity of the picture created directly in front of the camera of the mobile device, the concept expressed by the key word given by the operator and which is a noun or verb, and in determining the correspondence of the movement of the lips of the caller and his words, audible during an incoming call. Mobile communication network operator can set the key word randomly for each incoming call.

EFFECT: high security of a subscriber against incoming spam calls, particularly made by voice bots.
