SUBSTANCE: method of authenticating a mobile communication subscriber using information on the local area of its location includes using and processing a dynamic password, wherein the dynamic password is a sequence of acoustic signals transmitted during a predetermined period after establishing a connection to the mobile communication terminal of the subscriber receiving the incoming call, characteristics of the dynamic password include the moment of the beginning of the acoustic signal emission, and/or acoustic signal frequency, and/or acoustic signal amplitude, and/or number of time intervals of signal emission, and/or duration of each interval in which signal emission occurs, and/or duration of intervals between signal emissions, wherein the dynamic password is associated with information on the location of the subscriber making the call, wherein on the subscriber device receiving the call, the location of the subscriber making the call obtained using the dynamic password is checked, with information on the places of possible stay, and in case of compliance, a conclusion is made on the authenticity of the subscriber making the call.
EFFECT: improved security of a mobile communication subscriber receiving an incoming call.
