SUBSTANCE: invention relates to telephone communication, in particular to methods of preventing leakage of subscriber data when using telecommunication networks. Disclosed is a method for preventing leakage of confidential data when using telecommunication networks, including analysis of a base station, through which incoming access is carried out over a mobile network, for its assignment to virtual base stations, characterized by that it further includes analysis of the significance of the incoming request from the point of view of the security of the called subscriber, and automatic blocking of data exchange in case of establishment of communication between incoming access and security of the subscriber, and determining the base station through which the incoming access is made as a virtual base station.
EFFECT: automatic blocking of a communication channel when requesting identification data of a subscriber through virtual base stations.
