SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas cleaning and can be used for cleaning natural and waste gases from harmful components, namely gaseous sulphur compounds, nitrogen oxides, carbon oxides, etc., and mechanical impurities. Cyclone-direct-flow adsorber for complex gas cleaning comprises a cylindrical housing equipped from above with an outlet branch pipe, inside which there is an annular flushing water manifold connected to the flushing water supply nozzle, cleaning chamber, in which there is a first annular cylindrical basket perforated from the side, from the inside and from below, filled with pumice granules made from metallurgical slag with basicity modulus M>1 and granule diameter from 5 to 10 mm. Inner side surface of the first basket is covered with an annular filtering partition, inside it there is a central cavity closed from above with a plug, inlet branch pipe is tangentially passed through the top of the first perforated basket and its filtering partition into the central cavity. Conical bottom of housing is equipped with drain union. Annular flushing water header is perforated from below by two rows of inclined holes. Cover is connected through a flange connection to the cleaning chamber of the cylindrical housing. Cleaning chamber inner surface is provided with upper and lower rows of brackets, in which coaxially to the housing and the flushing water manifold the first circular cylindrical basket and the cylindrical partition are installed on the lower row of brackets, cylindrical partition is arranged with an annular gap from the outer side surface of the first basket, is installed on the upper row of brackets between the side surface of the partition and the wall of the cylindrical body, second annular cylindrical basket, perforated from the side, from the outside and from below, with a lower surface covered with an annular filtering partition, tightly pressed to the walls of the housing and the cylindrical partition, also filled with pumice granules made from metallurgical slag with basicity modulus M>1 and granules diameter from 5 to 10 mm, wherein through the second basket and its filtering partition the inlet branch pipe is passed.

EFFECT: increasing the operational reliability and efficiency of an complex cyclone-direct-flow adsorber for gas cleaning.
