SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat power engineering, namely to the tail equipment of boiler plants, and can be used in the processes of cleaning flue gases from harmful impurities and utilizing their heat. The effect is achieved by the fact that the proposed complex mine air heater includes a rectangular body, in which are located from top to bottom: an air heater-thermoelectric generator, equipped with a top cover with a flue gas inlet pipe and side covers equipped with air inlet and outlet pipes, removable side covers, in which are installed longitudinal vertical corrugated partitions with vertical ribs facing in pairs to each other, into the grooves of the corrugations of which thermoelectric sections are inserted, forming gas and air channels, respectively; located in the casing at the bottom of the air heater-thermoelectric generator and connected to it through the gas channels, an adsorber equipped on the side with a removable cover, a droplet separator, a flue gas outlet and a pyramidal bottom with a condensate pipe, and inside the adsorber casing on the support corners that act as anode buses, dielectrically isolated from the case and interconnected by anode strips, horizontal perforated baskets are staggered, filled with pumice granules made of metallurgical slags with a basicity modulus of M>1 and a granule diameter of 5 to 10 mm, above each basket there are flushing pipes perforated from below, connected to a flushing manifold, at the same time, thermoelectric sections of the air heater-thermoelectric generator are composed of thermoelectric elements, which are paired wire sections made of different metals M1 and M2, flattened and soldered at the ends to each other, connected in rows, arranged in such a way that the front and rear junctions of several parallel rows of each thermoelectric element are connected in parallel by sectional collectors, which are plates made of metal with high electrical conductivity, coated on the outside with a layer of dielectric material, into the holes of which the front and rear junctions of thermoelectric elements are inserted, forming the aforementioned thermoelectric sections, the rear and front sectional collectors of which are bridged with single-pole collectors of electric charges, forming a thermoelectric block, while the sectional collectors of each pair of thermoelectric sections, facing the gas channel, are located in the grooves of the corrugations of the vertical ribs in the vertical partitions, parallel to their lateral surface and tightly pressed against them, the opposite parts of the above sectional collectors of the thermoelectric sections are located in the air channels of the cavity of the air heater-thermoelectric generator , and all thermoelectric blocks, in turn, are connected to the support corners and the housing through the converter.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of a complex mine air heater.
