FIELD: medicine; dentistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to maxillofacial surgery, and can be used in studying the effectiveness of using biocompatible materials for the regeneration of wound defects of the oral mucosa. Experimental model of the wound defect is created on rats. Material is sampled on 3rd, 7th and 12th day of the study. Complex morphometric analysis includes light and electron microscopy, immunohistochemical examination. Obtained values are compared with the intact mucosa.
EFFECT: method provides studying the effectiveness of using biocompatible materials for the regeneration of wound defects of the oral mucosa by assessing the complex of the most significant parameters.
