FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical industry, namely to a medicinal agent for chronic wound therapy. Drug for chronic wound therapy is characterized by that it contains bacterial lipopolysaccharide, trehalose dibehennate, a water-soluble cellulose derivative, a polyatomic alcohol, preserving agents and purified water taken in a certain ratio.
EFFECT: agent described above has high efficacy in therapy of chronic wounds and is able to target simultaneously two receptors of the innate immune response, namely TLR4 and Mincle (CLEC4E) receptors.
