FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery. Patient is rotated relative to the horizontal axis by 60°. A skin incision of 10 cm is made in the IX intercostal space along the upper edge of the X rib medially from the middle axillary line. Intercostal muscles are cut off from X ribs. Cartilaginous portion of the rib is separated from the costal arch. Bone part of the rib is laterally transected with scissors. Edge of the diaphragm cut off from the rib is displaced cranially.
EFFECT: method enables providing a low-traumatic extraperitoneal mini-approach to the kidney, reducing the time of ischemia, reducing the amount of blood loss and the rate of postoperative complications.
