The blades are bendable in the middle of their submergible part due to hinged connection available. The blades are set in a manner that the posterior angle formed by the upper portion of their submergible part and the body surface is to be acute one, the lower part is placed to make obtuse angle with the upper one, operation space of the wound is to be cylinder widening in the middle part.
