SUBSTANCE: result is achieved due to the fact that the CTS technical means used to perform the disturbed tasks and functions of the complex technical system (CTS) are determined, evaluating the possibility of using the hardware to perform the disturbed tasks and functions, if the parameters of the hardware that do not meet the specified criteria do not affect the performance of the CTS of the disturbed tasks and functions, then such technical means are used as technical means for performing disturbed tasks and functions, if parameters of technical means, which do not correspond to specified criteria, affect performance of disturbed tasks and functions CTS, then selecting from a plurality of recovery scenarios for performing tasks and functions for each of the violated tasks and functions of the CTS, the next most effective scenario, which does not include CTS hardware, violation of functioning of which led to disruption of performance of tasks and functions of CTS, reconfiguring CTS in accordance with selected scenario of restoration of performance of tasks and functions of CTS, performance of which is violated.

EFFECT: reduced time for reconfiguration of a complex technical system (CTS).
