FIELD: instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to instrumentation, in particular to methods, systems and devices for measuring the parameters of electrical networks and communication networks, monitoring the state of their elements. To achieve the effect, the dependencies between the parameters are determined and taken into account, the degree of influence of each monitored parameter on the quality indicators of the network is estimated, and the requirements for the accuracy of measuring instruments are established and taken into account.
EFFECT: reduction of the number of monitored parameters and the number of measuring instruments required for monitoring the current state of the network, reducing the load on monitoring tools and tools intended for transferring the array with the results of parameter measurements.
