FIELD: polishing; methods and devices for metal processing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrochemical polishing of metals. Device for electropolishing metal surfaces by means of solid electrolytes comprises the following components: container (6); element (1) capable of accommodating at least two metal parts, which means containing parts (2) with preventing the possibility of their falling out during the electrolytic polishing process and with simultaneous possibility of their predetermined movement inside element (1), and with possibility to provide their electrical connection by means of first electrode (4a); second electrode (4b); electric power supply (3) connected to first electrode (4a) and second electrode (4b); medium formed by solid electrolyte particles (5) in gaseous medium; and means for movement of particles (5) relative to metal parts (2) to be polished.

EFFECT: providing electrical connection of parts to be polished without the need for their strong holding separately, with simultaneous provision of sufficient relative movement between particles of solid electrolyte and surface of parts.
