FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: method of producing amino acid granules including the first stage of adding a calcium source to a fermentation broth containing an amino acid in a molar ratio of 0.1 to 0.6 to the amino acid; and a second step of granulating the product obtained at the previous step. The invention also relates to amino acid granules for addition to feed containing an amino acid and a calcium ion in a molar ratio of 0.1 to 0.6 to the amino acid.
EFFECT: obtaining amino acid granules with a high degree of efficiency.
