FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. A method for extracting phosphoric acid from a fermentation broth or its liquid waste and its reuse in the fermentation process is proposed, including the concentration of the fermentation broth or its liquid waste containing phosphoric acid, adjusting the pH of the concentrate in the range from 8 to 11, followed by crystallization of phosphate, its isolation from mother liquor and use in a fermentation medium as a source of phosphoric acid.
EFFECT: invention provides for the extraction of phosphoric acid without the use of an organic solvent, suitable for reuse in the fermentation process.
