SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to biotechnology. Claimed are methods of separation and purification of 1,4-diaminobutane from fermentation solution. Claimed method of separation and purification of 1,4-diaminobutane from fermentation solution, containing 1,4-diaminobutane, obtained by fermentation, includes stages of cell mass separation, addition of alkaline substance and removal of formed salts, concentration, removal of admixtures and extraction of obtained 1,4-diaminobutane. Also claimed is method for separation and purification of 1,4-diaminobutane from fermentation solution, containing 1,4-diaminobutane, obtained by fermentation, which includes separation of cell mass, addition of alkaline substance and removal of formed salts, low-temperature concentration, crystallisation, filtration, high-temperature concentration and distillation. Claimed methods of separation and purification make it possible to obtain 1,4-diaminobutane by biotechnology methods from fermentation solution with high output and purity.

EFFECT: claimed methods of obtaining 1,4-diaminobutane can be used in industry, being alternative to toxic chemical method of obtaining 1,4-diaminobutane.
