FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering, particularly turbine engineering, and can be used in designing diaphragms of steam turbines. Assembled diaphragm with horizontal split consists of upper and lower halves, each of the halves contains a body with an annular groove on the side of the steam outlet and fixed guide vanes installed in it, each of which has a shank fixed by fixing elements in an annular groove, an aerodynamic profile with inlet and outlet edges and a shroud with a slot. Shanks contain flanges on which aerodynamic profiles are located, and legs, at the same time on the side of the inlet edges the flanges have protruding parts, and the legs have flat contact surfaces for gap-free connection with the surface of the annular groove. Shanks and shrouds are provided with protrusions on the rarefaction side of the aerodynamic profiles and mating recesses on the pressure side of the aerodynamic profiles on the shanks and shrouds of adjacent vanes, with formation of mating connection with tight fit of corresponding contact surfaces on the side of input edges and radial gaps on the side of output edges. Flat contact surfaces of the guide vane legs located at the horizontal joint joints are simultaneously adjacent to the surface of the annular groove of the body of the upper and lower halves so that together with the mating connection of adjacent guide vanes they form a lock joint at the joints of the upper and lower halves. On the side of the steam inlet on the shroud flanges there is a groove in which plates are installed, which fasten at least two adjacent guide vanes.
EFFECT: increased operational reliability of the assembled diaphragm of the steam turbine.
