FIELD: pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a biologically active polymer medical composition in the form of microparticles, including a poly-3-hydroxybutyrate polymer and at least one biologically active substance and a solvent, characterized by containing a biologically active substance selected from the group of antiseptics or haemostatics, consisting of diamond green and ethamsylate, and additionally contains gelatine filled with silver nanoparticles in the following ratio of components, wt.%: 20–40 of polymer poly-3-hydroxybutyrate; 10–20 of biologically active substance; 5–10 of gelatine filled with silver nanoparticles; the rest is solvent.
EFFECT: invention provides the development of a biologically active polymer medical composition with a wide spectrum of action and application, possessing biocompatibility, optimal physicochemical properties, as well as the ability to slowly bioresorb in vivo without the formation of toxic products and negative reactions during the use.
