FIELD: composite materials; petrochemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention discloses a method for producing composite micro-mesoporous material used in the petrochemical industry as adsorbents, catalysts, and molecular sieves. A method has been proposed for producing a composite micro-mesoporous material MTW/WMS with a “core-shell” structure by preparing a homogeneous solution containing 0.1-0.5 M urea and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide template, where the ratio between the mass of the template in grams and the volume of the aqueous solution urea in millilitres is 1:(8±2), followed by the sequential addition of a co-template - n-butanol, cyclohexane, stirring until a white colour appears, adding and stirring until a homogeneous structure of the seed material, for which microporous zeolite of the MTW structural type is used, where the ratio between the mass of the template is grams and the mass of the seed material in grams was 1:(2±1), then a silicon compound is added, for which tetraethyl orthosilicate is used, taken per 1 g of zeolite so that the ratio between the mass of the seed zeolite in grams and the mass of tetraethyl orthosilicate in grams is 1:(3±1), after which the resulting mixture is aged for 10-25 hours at a temperature of 60-100°C, followed by isolation of the crystalline product by centrifugation, drying to constant weight, heating and annealing.
EFFECT: production of a composite material with a “core-shell” structure with a degree of crystallinity of more than 90%, a pore size from 30 to 40 and a surface area of more than 500 m2/g.
