FIELD: chemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in catalysis, adsorption, separation and storage of gases. First, 10-14 g of an aqueous solution acidified with hydrochloric acid with a pH of 0.5-2.0 and 1 g of the template, cetyltrimethylammonium bromide, are stirred until homogeneous at room temperature. 2-4 g of co-template - F127 per 1 g of template is added to the resulting solution. Then 1-3 g of seed material - microporous zeolite with the MTW structural type per 1 g of template are added. After this, 2-4 g of tetraethylorthosilicate per 1 g of zeolite are added. After adding each of these reagents, stir at room temperature until homogeneous condition. An aqueous solution of ammonia with a concentration of 10-20 M, taken per 1 g of zeolite, is added to the resulting mixture, so as to ensure a mass ratio of seed zeolite to aqueous ammonia solution of 1:(5±2), and stirred at room temperature until a white color appears. After this, aging is carried out at 25-45°C for 20-30 hours. The resulting crystalline product is isolated at a pressure of 2-101.325 kPa on a class 3 porous glass filter, washed with distilled water, dried to constant weight at 60-110°C and anneal at 550± 10°C with heating step of 1°S/min for 6-10 hours.
EFFECT: resulting composite micro-mesoporous material MTW/MNS with a core-shell structure has a degree of crystallinity of at least 90%, a pore size of 4-6 nm and a surface area of more than 450 m2/g.
