SUBSTANCE: method consists in the fact that a personnel representative (hereinafter referred to as an employee) is assigned a course of several sessions of complex exposure, in which: an employee is exposed to a transcranial electrostimulation therapy apparatus. Then, the employee is involved in breathing exercises to relax his/her muscles and calm his/her emotions. Upon achieving calming of the employee, verbal actions are performed, aimed at the correction of his/her psychoemotional state, activation of physical, mental and intellectual resources, during which therapeutic suggestions are pronounced, aimed at creating positive mental images in the consciousness of an employee and readiness to perform certain professional activities.

EFFECT: method provides higher working capacity of personnel under stress conditions, as well as wider range of products and provides reliable results in the course of its application.
