After a negative aspiration test, a puncture is performed between the transverse process of the vertebra and the posterior deep neck muscles until the needle stops in the transverse process of the cervical vertebra, after which the sludge is pushed back 2-3 millimeters and a 0.5% solution of ropivacaine is injected, filling the gaps between the perimysium of the deep posterior neck muscles located behind the prevertebral plate of the neck's own fascia. Similarly, the blockade is performed at the same level on the other side.

EFFECT: method provides anesthesia in the innervation zone of the posterior branches of the spinal nerves of the cervical spine due to the fact that the patient's superficial and deep tissues of the dorsal neck area enter the block area.
