FIELD: rescue operations.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rescue operations to evacuate sunken objects. Device for lifting a sunken link of a pontoon park comprises elastic hollow shells and their attachment to pontoon park link hull. Shells are tight and contain smoke-forming cartridges with ignition units. Cartridges are made with possibility of formation of smoke and filling elastic hollow shells with it to the state providing lifting of sunken link of pontoon park to the height allowing its further evacuation. Attachments to the pontoon park link hull contain tightening belts providing reliable fixation of the shell and uniform distribution of the lifting force. Belts cover the elastic hollow shells at the same distance from each other and are configured to be attached to the lugs. Lugs are mounted on the power frame coaxially to the tightening belts. Power frame is made with possibility of attachment using carabiners with retainers for eyebrows of sockets for attachment of linking devices of pontoon park link.

EFFECT: reduced labour and time costs for lifting of sunken link, as well as possibility of use on medium-sized water obstacles.
