SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of thermal power engineering, in particular to convection wall-mounted boilers with a closed combustion chamber, combustion air supply devices, and can be used in decentralized, individual heating and hot water supply systems. In a wall-mounted convection gas boiler with a closed combustion chamber with a separate system for supplying atmospheric air and removing combustion products, inside boiler housing, between inlet hole for connection of atmospheric air supply channel and closed combustion chamber, in the area of the primary heat exchanger and the upper part of the closed combustion chamber, a protective reflecting screen made of sheet material is installed, which directs the flow of gaseous fuel for combustion of atmospheric air from the hole in the boiler housing for connecting the atmospheric air supply channel to the zone of the atmospheric gas burner of the combustion chamber, excluding direct contact of atmospheric air flow with the surface of the combustion chamber located above the primary heat exchanger, and with all parts of the primary heat exchanger.
EFFECT: excluding the ingress of cold air onto the upper surface of the closed combustion chamber and its direction downwards the closed combustion chamber, into the area of the atmospheric gas burner, reduced possibility of condensate formation on the surface of heat exchangers and internal and external walls of closed combustion chambers.
