FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Fastening system (1) for the electrical stimulation generator comprises a cardiac stimulation generator, such as a pacemaker, a defibrillator, a resynchronizer, a neurostimulation mechanism located outside the patient's body (3), as well as electrode (5). First end of the electrode is intended for connection to the patient's heart (3). Second end (5.2) of the electrode is intended for connection to a generator. Housing (4) of fastening system to accommodate generator has identical first (7.1) and second (7.2) holes located on its opposite sides. Means for connecting the electrode to the first or second opening in the housing are formed by the first feedthrough connector (13) for the second end of the electrode. First connector has an airtight valve. Airtight closing element (10) is located at the opening of the housing, which is opposite to the opening having means for connecting the electrode. Device (6) for attachment of electrode to skin has means for attachment to electrode and means for gluing to patient’s body.
EFFECT: efficient fastening system, which increases patient safety by preventing accidental disconnection and infection due to exposure of the system to the environment or contact with medical personnel, with the possibility of attaching the system both on the right side, and on the left side of the body due to the presence of two holes of the housing located on its both sides, between which the airtight closing element and the first connector can be interchanged, which provides the possibility of the electrode output in two directions.
