FIELD: exercise equipment for muscle training.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for training muscles. The device for electrical muscle stimulation contains a main part with a contact surface that is located around the area of the lower or upper limb on which the device is located. The contact surface extends in the X direction, surrounding the area on which the device is located, and in the Y direction, which is perpendicular to the X direction. The main part is equipped with a pair of electrodes, which are located at a distance from each other in the Y direction. Each electrode of a pair of electrodes is made in the form of a strip, the length of which in the X direction is greater than the length in the Y direction. The electrodes generate an electric current in the area along the direction of the extension of the muscle fiber in the area on which the device is located. The main part contains two elements in the form of stripes, which are separated by a gap. A pair of electrodes is provided in the corresponding areas, which are separated by the gap of the main part.
EFFECT: independent coverage of the circumference of the limb area is provided so that wrinkles are unlikely to form and contact with the body can be stabilized. The branching shape allows the strip-shaped elements to flex independently and reduces wrinkling when there is a change in the thickness of the limb.
