SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method of producing a detergent component of a fuel additive and a detergent component of a fuel additive and can be used in the power industry. Disclosed is a method of producing a detergent component of a fuel additive. To obtain the component, an oxazolidine derivative is obtained by mixing diethanolamine and formaldehyde in molar ratio of 1.0: 1.0. Alkylated phenol and the obtained oxazolidine derivative are then mixed in molar ratio of 0.8–1.2: 1.0. Also disclosed is a detergent component of a fuel additive containing a Mannich base.
EFFECT: high stability of properties of the obtained detergent component.
